Lil Wayne Thinks Jordan Love Can Out-Perform Aaron Rodgers
Rap icon Lil Wayne expressed his opinion on the recent move by the Green Bay Packers organization, selecting Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. During a segment on Fox Sports’ “Undisputed,” Lil Wayne weighed in on the situation and controversially said that Jordan Love stands a good chance of out-performing veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
“You see the stats from last year, and then you see what Aaron Rodgers has done in the past two or three years,” Lil Wayne said on the show. “I think that Jordan Love, with the Packers, can do better.” While Lil Wayne’s statement has many debating whether Jordan Love can really replace Aaron Rodgers, one thing is certain: the situation in Green Bay will certainly be one to watch this season.
